Profil of Time
In the Sky Tower, everyone can interact with art regardless of the time of day. Insidee the shopping mall is a one-of-a-kind, original sculpture by the eminent Salvador Dali. The work of art cast in bronze measures almost 4 meters in height and weighs as much as 1,300 kg! "Profile of Time" is patinated in bronze and green tones and was placed on a pedestal.
This is copy No. 3 of the artist's signature series, which includes a total of eight "soft clock" representations. The collection of monumental casts of "Profile of Time" was created between 1977 and 1984.
It is a sculptural continuation of the artist's reflections on life, time, passing, and the permanence of fate, reflections initiated with the painting "Persistence of Memory," also known under the title "Dripping Clocks." To this day, it remains one of the most important works of Surrealism and the entire body of modern art.

Who was Salvador Dali?
Salvador Dali, or actually Salvador Domingo Felipe Jacinto Dalí i Domènech, marqués de Dalí de Púbol, lived from 1904 to 1989. He is a Spanish painter and one of the best-known Surrealists. He is also one of the more recognizable artists of the 20th century. He was sometimes seen as an eccentric, and he invented his own method of Surrealist painting called "paranoid-critical."
Dalí was one of the few artists to be recognized in his lifetime. Celebrities such as Jack Warner, Claire Dux and Helena Rubinstein commissioned portraits from him. He also designed jewelry and clothing for Coco Chanel. Few people know that the distinctive logo for the popular Chupa Chups lollipops was designed by this artist in 1969.
