Information Clause

1. Olimp Investment Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie przy ul. Chmielna 73, 00-801, KRS: 0000906424, is the controller of the personal data contained in the access card registers, the building entry register and the CCTV camera records in accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27th April 2016. (hereinafter: "RODO").

2. Personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. to ensure the security of the office and retail building.

3. The recipients of the personal data will be the administrator's employees and associates, and the data will be transferred for processing (recording, saving, capturing, analysing) to the security company for the purpose of executing the contract for servicing the building. The data will be handed over for processing to the company LC Corp S.A. in order to perform the holding contract which includes the provision of building management services.

4. The purpose of the processing of personal data is for the administrator to ensure the security of the building.

5. Personal data will be processed for a period of 3 months, with the exception of personal data of employees who have been issued access cards - these data will be deleted at the same time as the access card is cancelled.

6. The administrator shall provide you with the right of access to the content of your data and its rectification, modification, restriction of processing, deletion, as well as the right to data portability to the extent required by the provisions of the RODO Regulation.

7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if you consider that our processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO Regulation.

Data retention period:
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 4 months, after which time it will be deleted.

Recipients of your personal data:
The recipients of your personal data will be: *entities within the Company's group of companies and the security company to the extent necessary to provide security services for persons and property.

Data Protection Officer (DPO):
The Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via e-mail address: iod@develia.pl.

Information on automated decision-making:
Your personal data will not form the basis for automated decision-making.

Transfer of personal data to a third country:
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization
